My Canva Journey

New Beginnings With Canva

Hello, welcome back to my blog so today I'm going to talk about my journey of Canva and how I improve my editing and designing skills, from not knowing anything to being comfortable in my artistic skills but however when I was new to Canva.

I was thinking "how am I able to make art in this site" but I was wrong and underestimated the power of Canva as a whole and during this experience. I was able to take lessons on Canva lessons one through seven in achieving the skills to be able to produce artistic pieces of constructing media by learning about editing, photoshop, designing and recording.

But out of all the lesson I really enjoyed editing and animation lessons because the activities we did were fun and awesome especially figuring out how to do it for the first time in the editing activity we learned how to use different filters so it can fit in any pictures by showing a before and after results, so we have a feel of how filters alter a picture.

lesson 7 animations it was weird and new in a sense because the lesson was about moving fronts pictures with animations like "pop" or "rise" and I was blown away of these mechanics Because it's my first time I didn't expect it to be so extraordinary I was expecting to be like every other design site limited on functions or you have pay for fronts and less fronts or template in the lesson.

and I want to log my process on how thrilled I was to use Canva it opens a creative hole I was missing, and it help me so much outside of school to but one thing negative feedback is that they don't have a lot of filters and more complex functions.

I also made other pieces of design beside my lesson to see if I can test my creative mind into a challenge see if I hit all aspect of Canva standards of being creative in my own way to design and have fun.
