Question How did your production skills develop throughout this project?

Andrew: Hi Mea! today I wanted to ask you a question?

Mea: Hi Andrew, of course while we're at it let go for a walk.

Andrew: How did your production skills develop throughout the project.

Mea: In the beginning my skills were unqualified to say the least. But during the time of me creating my blogs, magazines and my final results I felt insecure with my skills going into my journey. But looking back at my progress I felt like I improved a lot to creativity through becoming efficient.

Mea: Then next I upgrade my vocabulary through learning my words from the Media terminology. As a result, after taking this course I have learned great knowledge which will help me along the way.

Andrew: Mea that a lot of stuff you need to do weren't you tired.

Mea: yes, it was but I see my skills grow compared to when I first started.

Mea: Next When I was starting on a preliminary task, I had huge struggles with my first table of contents being that some of the aspects were not completely similar. To the magazine cover because

Mea: Hurry Andrew whoever last to the slide is a rotten egg!

Andrew: Wait not fair Mea!!

Mea: Like I said earlier, I couldn’t understand the aesthetic for my first table of contents, I was trying to go for something extra and big. But, due to this I experience first trial and error but after doing a few adjustments. Later seeing the preliminary task magazine table of contents, I was overall satisfied with

Mea: Now Double spread page, my past magazine had many errors I had compared to my current one like how there were different colors, font in my old double spread page. During this time I noted to myself a piece of advice saying your magazine has to be connected.

Mea: Now I'm going to show you the then and now pictures of my final magazine blogs. And pointing out any flaws I made.

Mea:As you can see my progress through my masthead stayed constant throughout the whole progress of my magazine. But one thing I wanted to stay on topic was the concept of makeup and hygiene. By doing this my magazine was lacking in making my magazine seem real and authentic So I scrapped my third draft and made the last one become my final results. because that picture fitted with the concept I was going for

Mea: I felt out of all the blogs I struggled with the most is creating my table of contents in my first draft. I wanted to build my template like a bath and body theme since that match with makeup and hygiene. Now in my second draft I toned down extras images I wanted to make it cuter and simpler. But I got feedback from classmates stating “I need a reference to help support my magazine so It can help guide me to build a clear and concise magazine

Mea: When making my first draft I put dark colors in the background to highlight the model themselves with bright colors to present themselves as the main focus. In both of my second drafts I decided to go light pink with my magazine to my table of contents. I wanted to pop with light colors with the light yellow, mint green and dark blue. the reason why I pick these colors were because of my survey result and because it matches them so well

Mea: I'm going to be honest I actually had fun making my second double page spread. In the process of making my double page spread I wanted to match the vibes of the model like in my final result to compare and contrast her personality with bright colors but in my 1st draft you really couldn't see the word I wrote so I made it bigger and bold to be easier to read. And I heavily disliked the dark colors because it doesn't give a teen structure magazine I wanted.

Mea:I made more mistakes on my first draft page cover, table of contents and double spread which led me to fixed them. But throughout my blogger journey I felt improved a lot
